Latest Bedding Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Latest Bedding (“Latest Bedding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or use https://latestbedding.com, purchase our products, create an account, communicate with us, visit our showroom, interact with our advertisements, or otherwise engage with us (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control. Additional notices may apply at the point where personal information is collected. If an additional notice conflicts with this Policy, the additional notice will govern for that collection.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
· Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account identifier and login information.
· Order and commercial information, such as products viewed, cart activity, purchases, returns, refunds, discounts, gift-card activity, preferences and transaction history.
· Payment information. Payment-card and other payment information is collected and processed by our payment providers. We generally receive transaction details and limited payment information, such as payment type and the last digits of a card, rather than full card credentials.
· Customer-service and user content, such as messages, calls, chat communications, survey responses, product reviews, photographs and other content you submit.
· Device, internet and network activity, such as IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, searches, clicks, session activity, timestamps and interactions with our website, emails and advertisements.
· Approximate location, inferred from an IP address or similar information.
· Marketing and preference information, such as your subscriptions, advertising preferences, inferred interests and responses to promotions.
· Fraud-prevention and security information, such as authentication, device and transaction signals used to detect suspected fraud, abuse or security incidents.
· Other information you choose to provide or that we describe when collecting it.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, process payments, secure accounts and transactions, and comply with law. Please do not send sensitive information through free-form forms, reviews or chat messages.

Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, tags, software development tools, local storage, APIs and similar technologies. These technologies may recognize your browser or device and collect information about your visits, purchases and interactions over time and across websites or services.
For example, these technologies may collect or derive your IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages and products viewed, referring page, searches, clicks, cart activity, checkout activity, purchases, timestamps and advertising interactions. In some cases, advertising providers may receive contact information in hashed form for matching, measurement or advertising purposes. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.
We use these technologies for the following purposes:
· Strictly necessary: operating the website, maintaining security, remembering a cart, processing checkout and providing requested features.
· Functional: remembering settings, enabling chat, reviews and enhanced site features.
· Analytics: understanding traffic, use, performance and customer interactions.
· Advertising: measuring campaigns, limiting repeated ads, building or matching audiences, and delivering ads based on activity over time and across websites or services.
Providers used on our Services may include Shopify and integrations associated with Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Yotpo, ParcelPanel, Chatra and other providers listed in our cookie-preference tool. The providers and technologies may change as our business changes. Our cookie-preference tool is intended to provide the most current list available through the website.
Latest Bedding does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We disclose personal information only to service providers and other parties necessary to operate our business, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and perform the other purposes described in this Policy. We do not permit service providers to use personal information for their own independent purposes except as disclosed and permitted by applicable law. Certain disclosures to advertising providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. You may opt out as described below.
You can manage nonessential technologies through the Your Privacy Choices link in our website footer. You may also use browser settings, but browser controls may not affect server-side disclosures or technologies on other browsers or devices.
Where required by law, we recognize opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. We do not respond to older “Do Not Track” signals that are not legally recognized or do not provide a clear, standardized choice.

We may also disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you. We will not attempt to reidentify information that we maintain as deidentified, except as permitted to test our deidentification processes.
